Assist Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription invoicing technical troubleshooting.
Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality.
Provide accurate and realtime responses to the customers inquiries.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions recording details of inquiries complaints or comments as well as actions taken.
Qualifications:
Fluent level of Italian (C1/C2)
English B2
Experience in Customer Service (preferable)
Good communication and soft skills

Salary 900 month x 14 months
Meal allowance of 723 net per day(paid in Meal Card)
