Estate Agent (Sales) Valuer

£28000 base salary
£35000 OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am6.00pm & every other Saturdays 9am4pm (with lieu day in the week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven individual as we are looking for a valuer who has a sound knowledge of the sales industry. Must be able to demonstrate leadership tenacity and competitiveness along with enthusiasm and willingness to coach and develop the same in others. Will also demonstrate the ability to expand and develop the role and add value to the office and company.


Principle Accountabilities:

• Value and take instructions on properties for sale
• Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
• Maintaining good working practices.

The right candidate will:

• Have previous Estate Agency experience

• Experience in Sales Industry

• Excellent telephone manner

• Good timekeeping skills
