Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sterilization Technician at Top Seekers Co. W.L.L. located in Manama. The Sterilization Technician will be responsible for performing decontamination, sterilization, and infection control procedures in the operating room. They must have knowledge of medical terminology and adhere to strict protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Decontamination, Sterilization, and Infection Control skills
- Experience in operating room procedures
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Sterilization Technology or related field is a plus
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical facilities is preferred
