Based in Rhodes New South Wales our client specializes in PropTech offering services such as property management real estate CRM automation and analytics.

About the Role:

Our valued client is in need of a Project Facilitation Manager to help boost their growth and success through partnerships with channel agencies. The Project Facilitation Manager will be crucial in finding new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing partners for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development:
  • Source new business opportunities through cold calling prospecting and networking events.
  • Build rapport and establish strong relationships with existing partners clients and potential prospects.
  • Provide insights and advice to Sales Agents and clients regarding business practices and new opportunities.
  • Portfolio Management:
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing channel agencies.
  • Understand the needs of channel agencies and collaborate closely with them on a daily basis
  • Serve as a communication bridge between channel agencies and relevant internal or external parties.
  • Marketing and Documentation:
  • Database management and marketing activities to support business development efforts.
  • Arrange and conduct market appraisals.
  • Complete all necessary documentation associated with signing up new business.
  • Training and Events:
  • Organize regular training seminars and events for channel agencies.
  • Prepare for agency events and ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaboration and Integration:
  • Work with the IT team to onboard channel agencies onto the PropTech platform.
  • Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required to support business operations and initiatives.




Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Must have a valid Real Estate Licence/Certificate
  • At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate or a related area
  • Should have good knowledge of metropolitan Sydney
  • Proficiency in IT is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong organisational skills are necessary
  • Must have an outstanding telephone manner and be good at managing time
  • Attention to detail accountability and focus are important
  • Should be driven by setting and achieving goals
  • Must maintain a wellpresented appearance
  • Innovative thinking and a forwardlooking approach are desired
  • Must possess a valid driver s licence
