Now Inheal is seeking a motivated and resultsdriven ColdCalling Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. The SDR will play a pivotal role in expanding market reach engaging with potential clients and driving sales opportunities through proactive outreach efforts. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and collaboratively with a passionate team dedicated to revolutionizing the wellness industry.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls (80% of tasks) and send personalized emails to prospective clients to initiate meaningful conversations and schedule meetings for one of the cofounders or try to do sales right away.
Utilize Zoho CRM and automation tools effectively to manage leads track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Identify and qualify potential leads from various sources including warm leads cold leads and existing databases to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sales scripts messaging and objection handling techniques to optimize outreach efforts.
Work on analyzing outreach strategies evaluate performance metrics and iterate on approaches to enhance overall effectiveness.
Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to tailor outreach efforts and position Inheals products and services competitively.
Ideal customer profile (ICP):
Their ideal customer is a small business owner and entrepreneur who manages multiple wholesale stores. Typically aged between 30 to 50 years old they are predominantly male and often hail from regions such as Mexico Latin America or the Middle East including countries like India and Pakistan. With an annual store revenue below $500k they juggle various responsibilities and may not always be physically present at their stores.
Requirements:
Proven experience and track record of bringing revenue from outbound sales through cold calling (ability & desire to do minimum 50 cold calls per day). Preferably within the wellness healthcare or related industries.
While personal experience with the products (such as THCA psychedelic mushrooms premium cannabinoids) is not mandatory a theoretical understanding is required.
Proven experience in selling tangible products preferably to retail store owners.
Strong English communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences effectively.
Fluency in English is required proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM) and familiarity with sales automation tools to streamline outreach activities and maximize productivity.
Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fastpaced resultsoriented environment.
Experience working in startups or small businesses is advantageous but not essential.
A proactive mindset curiosity and a willingness to learn about new products and industry trends.
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is a plus.
Working hours:
While their operations can accommodate the traditional 9 AM to 5 PM EST schedule theyve observed that later shifts align better with the availability of store owners and decisionmakers. Typically they are accessible after their working day between 5 to 7 PM EST. Hence scheduling appointments or interactions between 11 AM to 7 PM EST would be ideal (check time difference here) to ensure optimal engagement with the target audience.

Were currently focused on discussing base salary exclusively. Any discussions regarding commissions will be deferred until and unless measurable results are achieved.

Stability this is not project work we consider only the candidates looking for a longterm commitment of 1.5 years.
