Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operational processes and projects within our Managed Services Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of the online gambling industry.

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software content and services. We provide casino sports betting platform and payments and affiliate management to 200 customers worldwide. The company is profitable has over EUR 100m in annual revenues and has 900 employees in offices across ten countries in Europe Asia and the US. EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 and remains a founderowned private company.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee adherence to existing operational processes and implement improvements where necessary focusing on enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Manage project development from initiation to closure collaborating with stakeholders to define scope goals and deliverables.
  • Track and report on project milestones providing status updates and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Develop tools and best practices for process and project management and execution driving continuous improvement within the team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and third parties addressing service improvements incidents and feature requests.
  • Proactively update stakeholders on the status of open issues and requests ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Define and improve policies and metrics to maintain high quality standards within the team.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management product management or related roles within the online gambling industry.
  • Qualification in project management or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a focus on driving results and fostering teamwork.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques and tools.

Work Life Balance:

  • Enjoy 22 annual leave days with the number increasing to 32 after 5 years with the company;
  • 10 sick leave days per year (without a doctors note);
  • 40% work from home over any 3month period after the first 3 months;
  • During the first 3 months 100% work from the office central location near University Square;
  • If returning to work soon after having child 1 year 100% WFH for mothers;
  • WFH after child is born for fathers: 13 weeks of 100% WFH (from the day of the birth of the child).
