As a Quality Manager in an Automotive Seat Structure Manufacturing company with IATF Certification, you will
be responsible for ensuring that all quality standards, processes, and procedures are implemented and
maintained throughout the manufacturing process. Your primary goal is to guarantee the production of high-
quality automotive seat structures that meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards for automotive quality management systems.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
• Develop and implement robust quality control processes for all stages of seat structure
manufacturing.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce
defects.
• Analyze quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Work closely with customers to understand their quality requirements and expectations.
• Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide training to employees on quality standards, processes, and procedures.
• Foster a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including procedures, work
instructions, and records.
• Prepare regular reports on key quality performance indicators for management review.
• Identify potential quality risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
