Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual concepts and digital designs using software such as Adobe Suite
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand design requirements and objectives
• Develop illustrations logos and other designs using typography and visual communication techniques
• Present design concepts and ideas to key stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final design
• Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials including brochures flyers and digital advertisements
• Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure highquality production of designs
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts
• Provide support in creating visual assets for social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Contribute to the overall visual strategy and brand positioning of the organization
• Ensure that all designs align with the overall marketing and communication strategies
• Conduct quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy and attention to detail
• Adhere to project timelines and communicate any potential delays or challenges

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field
• Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of designs across various media
• Excellent understanding of typography color theory and visual composition
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative designs
• Uptodate with the latest design trends techniques and technologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for various outputs
• Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams and external partners
• Proficient in both Mac and PC platforms for design work
• Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback to improve design quality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
