Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver comprehensive Looker training programs tailored to end users with varying levels of expertise.
Provide oneonone coaching and support to users addressing specific needs and challenges encountered during the transition.
Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to understand reporting requirements and ensure that training materials are relevant and uptodate.
Assist in the migration of reporting assets from OBIEE to Looker ensuring a seamless transition.
Establish and lead a light change management program including communication plans feedback mechanisms and adoption metrics.
Monitor and report on the progress of user adoption providing insights and recommendations to improve training and support strategies.
Act as a liaison between end users and the technical team gathering user feedback and advocating for improvements based on user experiences.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Education or related field.
Proven experience as a trainer or coach preferably with expertise in Looker or other BI tools.
Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and experience in migrating reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of end users.
Ability to develop and implement effective training programs and change management strategies.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing technologies and environments.
Preferred Skills
Certification in Looker or related BI tools.
Experience in healthcare data analytics.
Knowledge of OBIEE and familiarity with the specific reporting needs and challenges in the healthcare sector.
Experience working with Clinicians on technical projects/changes.
