Engineer Security

Responsibilities • Implementation and maintenance of various Security Tools and systems include Vulnerability management systems, Endpoint detection and response. • The Security Engineer is expected to stay up-to-date on the latest tools features updates on various security tools and • Responsible for integration of Nessus/TSC with other security and IT systems management tools (i.e. SIEMs, Cisco ISE, QRadar, Splunk). • Responsible for developing and maintaining standard processes and operating procedures, creating technical architecture diagrams and system build documentation. • Responsible for supporting penetration-testing toolset (i.e. laptops, VMs, wireless devices) used for internal/external penetration testing. Educational Qualifications: • High school at minimum, Bachelor Degree in information technology is good to have • Familiarity with part/all of Information Security Compliance frameworks • Skills & Experience: • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and managing Networks, Systems and/or Security. • Up-to-date-knowledge and experience in • Security threats and countermeasures • Security scanning tools, Tenable, Nessus, Rapid7, Nmap, Burp Suite, etc. • Basic network design and infrastructure • Firewall operation and management best practices • Active Directory and Group Policy • Physical security • Endpoint management and best practices • Application security best practices • Strong Network Troubleshooting skills • Good knowledge about SIEM solutions • Good report Writing skills
