Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing lesson plans in line with the curriculum
• Conducting laboratory experiments and handson activities to enhance learning
• Assessing students progress and providing constructive feedback
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Participating in extracurricular activities and school events
• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall teaching experience
• Utilizing technology to enrich the teaching and learning process
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students during practical sessions
• Monitoring and managing student behavior in the classroom
• Keeping abreast of developments in the field of biology and education
• Communicating effectively with parents regarding student progress
• Participating in professional development opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Biology or related field
• Teaching certification or license
• Demonstrated experience in teaching Biology at the TGT/PGT level
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and lesson planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Experience in assessment and providing timely feedback to students
• Knowledge of educational technology and its integration into teaching
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a conducive learning environment
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development
• Familiarity with studentcentered teaching methodologies
• Understanding of child development and behavior management
• Commitment to the holistic development of students
• Adherence to ethical and professional standards in education
