Lead UIUX Designer

• Team Leadership: Provide leadership mentorship and guidance to a team of designers fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Product Design: Lead the design process for our products from conceptualization to implementation ensuring a seamless user experience and visually compelling designs.
• Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that align with our product vision and business goals.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables across all product initiatives providing constructive feedback and implementing best practices.
• User Research: Partner with the research team to conduct user research and usability testing using insights to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in product design and drive continuous improvement within the design team.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations provide feedback and support the professional development of team members.
• Resource Management: Manage design resources effectively balancing workload and priorities to optimize team performance and meet project deadlines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate design concepts project updates and milestones effectively to stakeholders ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the design process.

• Bachelors degree in design Fine Arts or related field
• 4 years of experience in graphic design UX/UI design or a related field.
• 1 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferably leading a design team.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma etc.
• Strong understanding of design principles user experience and user interface design.
• Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering highquality design solutions in a fastpaced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for design and a desire to inspire and motivate others.
