We RentoMojo were founded by IITM alums and serial entrepreneurs who worked out of almost every major city in India in his first five years of corporate careers. Frustrated with the hassles of relocating from one place to the other and tired of finding that perfect cluster of home essentials that suited their lifestyle.
The spending youth especially the millennials & Gen Zs prefer staying light desire flexibility and are valueconscious. Willing to experiment with new stuff across categories that make life simpler and not boring these generations are also sensitive to our planets sustainability. RentoMojo caters to the needs of working professionals which is unmet due to the nonavailability of furnished rental flats by offering furniture and appliances on a rental basis thus providing more flexibility than owning the expensive furniture and appliances.
With 1000 people operations the company has a presence in 16 cities across India. Looking back Rentomojo has not only made a new market of leases which never existed for the consumer they have also become market leaders in the consumer rental industry. Unlike the norm they are now seeing a reverse trend wherein a version of ours is being copied in the US and UK. We are also profitable at monthly PAT since Oct 2021.

About the Role:
As the Business HR & Admin Lead Operations you will focus on Capacity Capability Experience Services and Safety across Rentomojo for all Operations Roles
Responsibilities

Operating Staff Capacity Capability & Engagement
Lead the hiring system and processes for warehouse and manufacturing operations across India.
Drive innovation to optimize the time and cost of hiring without impacting the quality.
Establish systems technology and processes to make the system scalable.
Implement effective strategies for team performance improvement in consultation with the business managers.
Create a career development plan for the Operational Teams spread across India.
People and Infrastructure Services
Oversee people services across warehouses and manufacturing setup focusing on employee engagement and safety.
Implement HR policies and procedures to enhance the overall employee experience.
Establish service repair and insurance systems towards derisking the business.
Infrastructure Upkeep and Maintenance:
Develop and execute plans for the upkeep and maintenance of infrastructure across all WH and manufacturing locations to deliver maximum value to business and enhance employee experience.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a safe and conducive working environment.
Ensuring compliance to the related acts and regulations for the respective infrastructure.
Lead the security operations for all the premises hiring training and monitoring.
Health and Safety Systems and Policies:
Establish and enforce health and safety policies ensuring compliance with regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Warehouse Employee Life Cycle Management:
Manage the entire life cycle of warehouse employees from onboarding to offboarding.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Establish a machinery to address employee concerns promptly.
Team Leadership:
Effectively lead a large team of executives distributed across India.
Provide guidance mentorship and support to ensure high team performance
Qualifications:Your work till now will be the first qualification that would matter to us. Other than that you should be:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
Proven experience in distributed people operations management with a focus on warehouse and people services with disproportionate focus on hiring.
Strong managerial skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
Indepth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong data and product bent.
Understanding of the various regulations and acts around labor laws
