AEM Site Developer

Job brief

We are seeking an AEM Site Developer to execute the full lifecycle of the product development by programming welldesigned efficient and testable code that meets specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AEM solutions ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are scalable maintainable and secure.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers project managers and other developers to deliver highquality digital experiences.
  
• Architect AEM components templates and workflows to meet business requirements and project objectives.
  
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers helping them grow their skills and capabilities.
  
• Stay updated on the latest AEM features technologies and trends and incorporate them into project implementations where applicable.
  
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AEM environments.
• Participate in requirements gathering technical design discussions and sprint planning sessions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to deploy AEM solutions and ensure system reliability and performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Good communication skills
