Position: Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter IT Technology
Location: PAN India (Remote)
About the Role:
Were seeking a talented IT Recruiter to join our growing team. Youll play a vital role in identifying attracting and hiring top IT professionals across various technical skill sets.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs and requirements.
- Source screen and shortlist qualified candidates through diverse channels (LinkedIn meetups referrals etc.).
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Promote our employer brand and attract top IT professionals.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of various technical skill sets (Java .Net Cloud DevOps etc.).
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven success in sourcing candidates through creative methods.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
- A gogetter attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations.
