Management of project costs in accordance with approved project budgets and business delegated authority limits.
Management of project P&L cash flow and reporting as it relates to companys key projects and customer contracts.
Support the TimeBooking process to enable onbudget project delivery and cost analysis.
Management of project P&L cash flow and reporting as it relates to companys key projects and customer contracts.

Consideration of financial impacts in project decision making process.
Support ontime delivery of all key project milestones.
Support management of project risks opportunities & financial exposure.
Development of programme cost and revenue models which adequately meet the requirements of the business generally as well as audit requirements of companys customer as and when required.
Take ownership of the IP Network Project cost/price accounting analysis and modeling.
Contribution to the development of short medium and long term business planning and corresponding financial modeling.
Support operational performance optimization by regular review of and where necessary updating financial processes relating to costing/pricing.
Support monthly and year end accounts closing process.
Regular interactions within the Finance environment both Projects and Accounting.
Regular interactions with the Commercial Programme & Operations departments.
Permanent cooperation with all parts of the organisation required for cost control and performance monitoring targets setting growth strategy definition & implementation.
Regular interactions with the customers business management team.
Requirements
5 to 7years of experience in finance as a financial analyst cost analyst cost controller.
Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting with experience in related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels.
Good understanding of Financial statements Good understanding of Financial Ratios.

Capable of completing Financial Models and good Excel Acumen Knowledge of Saudi Market requirements
