Machine Operators

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join our production team. As a Machine Operator you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment. If you have experience operating machinery a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality we want to hear from you!

Tasks

• Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures and specifications
• Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and detect any abnormalities or malfunctions
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and perform routine maintenance as needed
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired product specifications and quality standards
• Load and unload materials into the machines and ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Complete production logs reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues as they arise escalating complex problems to maintenance staff as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred
• Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting production machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
