Job Description

Total Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years experience at least 5 of which in a related position.
  • Experience with launching a wide range of wealth products preferably Islamic banking offering.
  • Experience in setting up wealth systems and developing digital wealth offerings.

Degree:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • A professional certification in Financial Advisory (FAP) and Certified Product Manager (CPM) would be a plus.

Description:

  • The role holder is responsible for conceptualization, launch, management, and development of the Banks products with a focus on Wealth Management, Investment & Private Banking Products.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to generate aligned product ideas.
  • Owns product vision and creates roadmap based on requirements, needs, and trends.
  • Develops detailed business plans and Customer value propositions for products with a focus on Wealth Management, Investment & Private Banking Products.
  • Develops all documentation around the new product including Product Program, Go to Market Strategy, policies and procedures.
  • Provides relevant support to front-line teams (both sales and customer support) including training, sales briefs, FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborates on marketing campaigns
  • Monitors AUM and P&L to enhance offerings.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities and prepares requirements.
  • Promotes products internally and externally.
  • Monitors performance and addresses issues for improvement.
  • Regularly communicates project progress concisely.
  • Handles additional duties and special projects as required.

Skills

  • Superior knowledge of wealth management products and financial markets.
  • Possess diverse investment and market views to offer a concise and consolidated view of events and guidance for clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Arabic language skills), including the ability to make effective presentations, manage negotiations, and influence people.
  • Strong team player and confident manner, enthusiasm, willingness to undertake a variety of tasks and build working relationships.
  • Able to function in a high-pressure and fast paced environment.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Good project management skills.
