In this role you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities expanding our client base and contributing to the companys revenue growth. Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the assigned territory.
  
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
  
• Qualify leads and convert them into paying customers through effective communication and presentations.
  
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure longterm business partnerships.
  
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations to showcase our software solutions.
  
• Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
  
• Assist in developing and executing strategic business development plans.
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  

Requirements

• MBA degree from a reputed university (Freshers only)
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Targetoriented and resultsdriven with a strong work ethic.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  
• Experience in software sales (desirable but not mandatory)
  
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
