Job Description
- Facilitate the Scrum process, ensuring adherence to Scrum theory, practices, and rules.
- Guide and coach the Scrum team on self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives)
- Assist the Product Owner in managing the Product Backlog and ensuring its readiness.
- Shield the team from external interference to maintain focus during the Sprint.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address impediments and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Promote Agile principles and values within the organization.
- Foster innovation and a continuous improvement mindset within the team.
- Resolve conflicts within the team and encourage open communication.
- Serve as a change agent to drive the adoption of Agile methodologies.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferably at a post-graduate level
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
- English: Advanced & Arabic is preferred.
- Very good knowledge of banking systems, applications, and banking operations.
- Effective communication (Communication skills/ Convincing ability/ Persuasive/ Influencing/ Negotiating skills)
- Problem-Solving (Analytical Thinking/ Creativity/ Problem Analysis/ Problem Resolution/ Decision Making)
