- Develop strategic initiatives assigned and eliminating any obstacles to performance and
achieve the set objectives and approved profitability measures.
- Lead the overall development (product release, pricing, launches, marketing activities and
project operation and activations)
- Participates in the tendering committee through the awarding process while reviewing cost
estimation and scheduling with the 3rd party tendering company for the award process to
maximize value engineering.
- Oversees the consolidation of the development brief (i.e. design brief, drawings, master plan
schedule, BOQ, financial projection & budget plan) with collaboration of relevant departments
while ensuring compliance of and commitment to all relevant parties (i.e. contractors, design
consultants).
- Lead the Business Plan Model for company projects separately and consolidated
- Lead partnership agreements, negotiations, and finalization of Partnership agreements for
Lands with external Partners.
- Identify best feasibility model-setting up the best feasible product mix, pricing, price escalation
strategy and payment plans.
- Lead and adopting best scenarios for construction phasing and delivery strategies and
operation.
- Lead and achieving the best sales and pricing strategies to maintain project KPIs
- Managing the project cash in accordance to revenue collections/land payments/soft and hard
cost.
- Work with finance team to identify project financial needs and financial strategy
- Monitors through the completion of all projects until client handover, and seeks customer
feedback in a systematic manner to ensure lessons learned are well-integrated in future
projects.
