Head Programme Delivery

Why the job exists in the organisation and the primary objective it is there to achieve)

• Accountable for successful transition outcomes
• Drive adherence to a defined transition methodology in an environment where this is a first time experience for most participants
• People management for a team of transition managers managing individual complex transition tracks within the programme
• Liase with big 4 design partners
• Manage senior business stakeholders including sponsors business heads business owners and the business program team and various functional support teams in a matrix organisation

Essential Education

• A Bachelors Degree or Masters in Business Administration from a recognized Institute
• Trained and/or certified in PMP Prince2 APM or equivalent

Essential Experience

• A minimum of 1820 years total experience with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant Transition Project/Program Mgmt. experience
• Experience in managing large programsFTE
• Relevant experience in BPO transitions (preferably in Finance Customer Service or Procurement)
• Experience in managing multiple teams and capabilities to deliver complete complex project scope
• Proven track record managing multiple stakeholders effectively
• Experience managing virtual teams across multiple geographies
• Experience of working in fastpaced highdemand deliveryoriented environments
