Job Description

At least 10 years proven experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, cost control , budgeting and financial management in the construction industry especially on industrial constructions, manufacturing facilities etc.
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying software and tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Quantity take off and cost estimation experience along with cost planning, reporting and forecasting.
Cost Estimation, Budget Development, Quantity Surveying, Cost Monitoring and Control, Value Engineering, Change Order Management, Reporting and Documentation.
