Job Description
- At least 10 years proven experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, cost control , budgeting and financial management in the construction industry especially on industrial constructions, manufacturing facilities etc.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying software and tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Quantity take off and cost estimation experience along with cost planning, reporting and forecasting.
- Cost Estimation, Budget Development, Quantity Surveying, Cost Monitoring and Control, Value Engineering, Change Order Management, Reporting and Documentation.
