Job Description

Job Title : Senior Project Manager Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)

Contract Term : 1st July 30th Jan 2025

Headcount : 1

Location : Changi Business Park Singapore

Salary : SGD$ (Monthly)

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage SG TPRM project aligning with MAS outsourcing guidelines and Program Management Council (CPMC) standards.
  • Document project plan scope resource allocation and timelines.
  • Escalate and address PM Monitoring & Assessment results risks issues and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program and project alignment with strategy.
  • Establish and maintain communication channels with key stakeholders.
  • Lead regular stakeholder updates.

Qualifications:

  • 57 years of PMO experience with a background in project management.
  • Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive communication approach.
  • Preferred experience in thirdparty vendor management and leading global teams.
  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Key ThirdParty Management Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with bank functions/stakeholders on TPM initiatives internal audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Contribute to developing/reviewing Country level TPM program documents.
  • Support Country Third Party Risk Steering Committee (CTPM SC) meetings and document discussions/actions.
  • Ensure adherence to Annual Due Diligence requirements for Outsourced Service Providers (OSPs).
  • Escalate significant exceptions in TPM Dashboard to CTPMSC / BAO functional management.
  • Manage Inventory for External & Internal Outsource Service Providers including subcontractors.
  • Support country requests/queries for Third Party management.
  • Review risk reports/databases and assist in addressing risks.
  • Perform rootcause analysis of key indicators breaches and track for closure.
  • Develop presentations for senior management review.
  • Develop guidance notes procedures and collate information via SharePoint.
