Brand Technical Specialist Manager leads a brand technical sales team. Solution and subject matter technical expert responsible for leveraging IBM solutions to solve client business challenges.
- Drives technical business development and progression.
- Articulates business value of partnership with IBM and positions best technical solutions with clients that bring top value to IBM and meet client needs.
- Drives adoption and penetration of IBMs strategic platforms through innovative solution recommendations that include IBM technologies and enable modern IT architectures.
- Coach and lead team to partner with clients and cocreate brand/use case specific solutions that address clients business needs and drive innovation through technical accelerators and activities.
- Provides team direction for the cocreation of solutions with clients applying broad technical skills industry knowledge and out of the box thinking in order to deliver revenue growth.
- Collaborates and strategizes with teams to deliver compelling prototypes that lead to transformative change for the client executing the clients technical strategy
Technical Expertise:
- Technology evangelist with minimum 1218 years experience in selling any of the EDR solutions like IBM ReaQta / CrowdStrike / Trend Micro / McAfee / Carbon Black / Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) etc.
- Deep technical expertise and business domain knowledge in Security Software.
- Ability and confidence to discuss IBM Key Sales Plays and key architectural differentiators.
- Understanding of Ecosystem and Partners footprint and capabilities / competencies within your territory
- Leadership and strong communication skills with the ability to coach with radical candor and respect.
- Experienced in effective performance management of team to drive highperformance culture.
- Domain expertise in Financial Services Sector bringing 5 years of handson experience in Banking insurance and Financial Markets.

- Domain expertise in Manufacturing industry (automotive energy pharma & allied process/discreet manufacturing) bringing 5 years of hands on experience in areas such as production operations or supply chain management.

- Domain expertise in Government Sector bringing 5 years of expertise in Government Sales.
