Overview:
As a Tele caller Fresher you will play a crucial role in the organizations success by being the first point of contact between the company and its potential customers. Your ability to effectively communicate and build relationships over the phone will directly impact the companys sales and customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers
- Explaining products or services to potential customers
- Handling customer questions and objections
- Obtaining customer information such as name address and payment method
- Keeping accurate records of conversations with customers
- Following up on leads and maintaining a strong understanding of products or services
- Meeting or exceeding call volume and sales targets
- Building and maintaining a customer database
- Providing information to customers in a clear concise and professional manner
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints
- Maintaining a professional and courteous tone during calls
- Adhering to scripts and call guidelines
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure quotas are met
- Updating customer information in the database
- Performing other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Strong listening and questioning skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales principles
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer serviceoriented mindset
- Comfortable working with computer systems and databases
