Overview:
The Project Manager for LLM and Data Annotation plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the data annotation projects ensuring that they are completed within timelines and to the required quality standards. This role is integral to the success of the organizations data annotation operations and requires strong leadership and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage LLM and data annotation projects from inception to completion
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or deviations from the plan
- Ensure that data annotation processes adhere to quality and accuracy standards
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate as needed
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support to project team members
- Oversee budget and cost management for LLM and data annotation projects
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience in project management particularly in data annotation or similar fields
- Strong understanding of data annotation processes and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
