Job Description:
- Perform various backoffice tasks to ensure the smooth operation of international BPO processes.
- Manage and maintain documentation records and databases efficiently.
- Coordinate with other teams to facilitate seamless workflow and communication.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email phone calls and other channels.
- Assist in data entry data management and data analysis tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the team in resolving customer queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with international clients and stakeholders to address their needs and requirements.
- Prepare reports presentations and documents as required.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in backoffice operations and BPO services.
- Adhere to performance targets and quality standards set by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in backoffice operations or international BPO environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Willingness to work in shifts as per business requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
- Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous in an international BPO setting.
