Job Description

Job Description:
  • Perform various backoffice tasks to ensure the smooth operation of international BPO processes.
  • Manage and maintain documentation records and databases efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other teams to facilitate seamless workflow and communication.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email phone calls and other channels.
  • Assist in data entry data management and data analysis tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the team in resolving customer queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with international clients and stakeholders to address their needs and requirements.
  • Prepare reports presentations and documents as required.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in backoffice operations and BPO services.
  • Adhere to performance targets and quality standards set by the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in backoffice operations or international BPO environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in shifts as per business requirements.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous in an international BPO setting.
