Join our extraordinary care team as a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse. This position supports patients in Irwin PA and surrounding areas providing management and delivery of patient care plans. Key Responsibilities
Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
Support patients in Irwin PA and surrounding areas
Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
Selfmanage time and schedule
Schedule and Shift Details
40 hours per week weekend shifts
Travel
Occasional local travel
qualifications
required- Associate degree or higher
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
