Based near Dulwich on excellent transport links our Clients very large and busy setting are now looking for an experienced Room Leader to join the management team in supporting the running of their beautiful setting working 40 hours a week with a joining bonus of 1000 plus salary c 29k and mega benefits call us now.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
