Landscape Estimator - Residential

What you will do:

• Oversee the estimation process of multiple projects mainly in residential landscape construction across the Brisbane greater region
  
• Customer and site visits to develop a plan for their project (not stuck behind a desk)
  
• Projects you will be estimating will range from $30k to $350k
  
• Write scope of works
• Conduct site inspections during pre during and post project completion
  
• Liaise with customers inhouse designers construction managers and project managers from start to finish.
• Work with a likeminded group of professional landscapers.
  

Requirements

• Great customer services / interpersonal skills
• Certificate III Landscape Construction (desirable but not essential).
  
• Ability to write full scope of works based around residential landscaping
  
• Queensland driver s Licence
  
• White Card
  
• Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic and be a strong team player.
  
• Able to use apple software
  
• 5 years within the landscape industry is highly desirable.
  
• Ability to follow in house procedures
