Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and supportive learning environment for all students, staff, and parents. Develop and implement a comprehensive academic plan that aligns with the school's mission and vision. Lead and manage the school's instructional programs to ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences for all students. Provide professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of teaching staff. Manage the school's budget and resources effectively and efficiently. Build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and policies. Develop and implement systems for monitoring and evaluating the school's performance. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with parents and the wider community. Foster a positive culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: Master's degree in Education or related field. A minimum of five years of experience as a school principal or assistant principal. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of educational policies and regulations. Ability to create and maintain a positive school culture and foster a love for learning. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider community. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to motivate and inspire staff and students. Strong commitment to educational equity and social justice
