Site Reliability Engineer

Hiring for our client which is is a multinational clothing company based in Sweden that focuses on fastfashion clothing.

Tasks

• Work within a crossfunctional team specializing in Reliability Engineering for a specific product or product area.
• Implement Reliability engineering practices supported by SRE governance teams.
• Ensure high delivery quality and provide KPI reporting on supply.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to maintain smooth operations and minimize disruptions in production.
• Conduct technical analysis and troubleshoot complex issues and incidents in production.
• Focus on preventive measures to enhance monitoring performance and minimize incidents.
• Continuously improve proactive monitoring automation and housekeeping to prevent incidents and ensure environment stability and reliability.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering operations and development.
• Proficient in DevOps practices including automated testing CI/CD etc.
• Skilled in solutions architecture to swiftly identify root causes of issues.
• Familiarity with ITIL support processes and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Understanding of design principles and fundamentals of solutions architecture is advantageous.
• Knowledgeable in performance engineering particularly Application Reliability.
• Experienced with frontend languages and libraries such as ReactJS React Native NodeJS.
• Proficiency in building CI/CD workflows utilizing GitHub Actions; familiarity with Azure DevOps and other cloud environments is beneficial.
• Handson experience with cloudbased infrastructure like Azure and GCP including managed cloud Kubernetes services such as AKS and GKE.
• Demonstrated passion for problemsolving with strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in monitoring tools like Splunk and Grafana and experienced with SRE Metrics such as SLI SLO and Error Budget.
• Required cloud certification: Azure AKS
