TEAM MISSION
The People Strategy & Development team focuses on longterm planning and organizational growth. They are responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement satisfaction and retention thereby reducing attrition costs and maintaining historical knowledge and talent. The PS&D team analyzes workforce trends identifies skill gaps designs training programs and supports and solves issues to enhance employee capabilities. Additionally they collaborate with leadership to align people initiatives with the companys overall business objectives.
ROLE MISSION
As our L&D Specialist your goal is to ensure that employees acquire the necessary competencies to excel in their roles ultimately driving productivity efficiency and innovation within the organisation. Focusing on management excellence and employee performance youll be responsible for creating tailored learning experiences that align with the organisations objectives and the individual needs of employees. You will take ownership from day 1 and have a tangible impact on the business.
