Process Engineer

Description:

1. To develop plan and amp;amp; projects from concept to execution including budgeting scheduling basic and amp; detail engineering coordination with technical manufacturing process and amp; instrumentation and amp; other engineering disciplines for all the New and Existing projects.

2. Responsible to support Technology transfer from and amp; to Pilot Plant and from Pilot Plant to Commercial scale.

3. Plan installation of plant equipment testing and commissioning of the same and project hand over.

4. Develop budgets for the projects and get it approved.

5. Responsible for modifications of the containers with respect to the customers requirement.

6. Responsible for identifying the resources communication with the internal customers and provide the support for their trouble shooting.

7. Developing SOPs for the different processes HAZOP studies Effluent treatment studies.

8. Developing Emergency procedures for project.
