Role: MicroStrategy Admin

Location: Remote

Client: Infochips//Petsmart

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute MicroStrategy platform upgrades including planning testing and implementation phases.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as monitoring system performance troubleshooting issues applying patches and implementing best practices to optimize the MicroStrategy environment.
• Configure and manage user access security roles and permissions within the MicroStrategy platform.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data analysts developers and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience as a MicroStrategy Administrator with a focus on platform upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy architecture components and best practices.
• Experience in planning executing and managing MicroStrategy platform upgrades.
• Proficiency in system monitoring troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Handson experience with MicroStrategy security configurations and user management.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures for MicroStrategy environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
