Enterprise - EWF System Analyst L2 SN212

• Gather and document functional requirements for enterprise workflows ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  
• Work closely with developers testers and business users to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of workflow solutions including configuration and customization as needed.
  
• Perform SQL queries and data analysis to support requirements gathering and troubleshooting activities.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of workflow solutions.
  
• Document workflows processes and system configurations for reference and training purposes.
  
• Provide technical support and assistance to endusers as needed.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  
• 35 years of experience in a System Analyst role preferably in the enterprise domain.
  
• Strong understanding of functional requirement gathering and documentation processes.
  
• Some technical experience with the ability to perform SQL queries and work with various technologies.
  
• Familiarity with IBM Case Manager and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python is advantageous.
  
• Experience with Linux operating systems is beneficial.
  
• Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  

Other Requirements:

• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  
• Knowledge of open systems operating environments.
