This is a remote position.
Delivery Lead/Scrum Master
As a Delivery Lead you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of our banking products and services. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the timely and efficient execution of projects adhering to agile methodologies. Drawing upon your experience as a Scrum Master you will facilitate effective communication remove obstacles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the endtoend delivery of banking products and services from initiation to deployment ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Agile Methodologies: Apply agile principles and practices particularly Scrum to drive transparency collaboration and accountability across teams.
- Scrum Master Duties: Act as a servant leader and Scrum Master for one or more teams facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and highperforming team environment promoting trust empowerment and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels providing visibility into project progress risks and dependencies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks proactively working closely with teams to address impediments and ensure project success.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) leveraging data to drive informed decisionmaking and process improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement seeking feedback and implementing best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business computer science engineering or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g. PMP CSM) is a plus.
- Proven experience (46 years) as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in a fastpaced agile environment preferably within the banking or fintech industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies particularly Scrum with experience serving as a Scrum Master for multiple teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities with a focus on driving results and overcoming challenges.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira Confluence or similar software is preferred.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
