Role: ArcGis Developer
Location: Hyderabad Bangalore Pune

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain GIS applications using ArcGIS Online ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Explorer.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize and extend the functionality of ArcGIS Online through web app development scripting and integration with other systems.
- Design and implement geoprocessing tools and workflows in ArcGIS Pro to automate spatial analysis tasks.
- Utilize ArcGIS Explorer to create immersive 3D visualizations and maps for data exploration and analysis.
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of GIS applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ArcGIS technologies and recommend best practices for implementation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders on GISrelated projects.
- Document code processes and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain project documentation.
- Collaborate with the GIS community and participate in forums conferences and user groups to exchange knowledge and ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or related field.
- Proven experience in developing GIS applications using ArcGIS Online ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Explorer.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python JavaScript or C# for GIS development.
- Strong understanding of geospatial concepts spatial analysis and cartographic principles.
- Experience with web development frameworks (e.g. Angular React) and APIs for building interactive web maps.
- Familiarity with databases and spatial data formats (e.g. Esri File Geodatabase GeoJSON Shapefile).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Esri certification (e.g. ArcGIS Desktop Entry ArcGIS Developer Associate) is desirable but not required.
