Job Description
• Vendor training including installation of talabat system at partner locations • Ensures & improves the restaurant's operation and increases the order acceptance rate, reduces vendor delay • Implement new configurations to support operations • Proactively liaise with Restaurants, investigating and resolving restaurant issues promptly • Identify causes of operational issues as well as symptoms, diagnosis, and cure • Collaborative problem-solving with many different stakeholders in the business, Account management, Rider Operations, Customer Service, etc
