Job Title: Fleet Performance CoOrdinator

Department: Food Transportation

Job Role:

• Monitor Fleet performance through minimizing NoShows Latelogins and implementing effective methods to enhance the punctuality and attendance levels on a daily basis.
• Increase the average UTR per Rider to improve the daily deliverables and rider earnings.
• Ensure shiftselections are done in a timely manner for the complete fleet in accordance to client shift releases.
• Monitor KPIs and performance criteria through the livedashboard and increase Rider engagement.
• Prepare regular performance reports highlighting key metrics trends and areas requiring attention.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as fleet maintenance logistics and driver management to address performance issues and develop solutions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes track progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Develop performance improvement incentive plans for top performers and corrective measures for the weaker members within the team.
• Ensuring all necessary training and quality compliance initiatives have been conducted to improve fleet performance.
• Other Adhoc tasks as presented by the Client.

Job Types: Fulltime Permanent Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: BD300.000 per month
