Position Summary
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing UAE Operators Partnerships and maintaining Operators relationships across. The candidate will have ownership of operators facing product roadmaps as well as participate in the GotoMarket management of products selected for Ranging by operators with main focus being to ensure Samsung brand leadership and Smartphone business growth in the operator channel. He/she will be responsible to manage both the sellin and sellout across the operators in his/her region. The candidate should be able to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships and strengthen operator relationships.
- Ownership of listing all Samsung product portfolio within the operator roadmap
- Develop GotoMarket jointly with operators on new products
- Oversee all ATL Online BTL and retail executions based on GotoMarket
- Operator channel pipeline management (Sellin Sellthru & Sellout)
- Managing operator unique sellout programs (develop execute monitor evaluate modify)
- Manage operator PSI and SCM
- Monitor and analyze regional operator industry competitor trends
- Internal reporting on regular intervals to promote the visibility on operator business
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of extensive experience in Telecom business
- Post Graduate degree in business management is an advantage
- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player
- Existing relationship with operators in UAE
- Understand Telecom dynamics and drive quick solutions
- Good networking with the local industry
- Extensive sales thinking and proactive
- Strong accounts management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
- Selfstarter being able to work under minimum supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word is a must
- Arabic speaker is preferred
- Ability to read analyze and interpret sales/financial reports data and studies.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers distributors or business stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management public groups and/or clients.
