Job Description

Required::SAP HCM Consultant with Fiori

Location:: Remote

Visa::Any OK

Client::Clark County

Part Time

  1. The Consultant must have a proven functional and technical background with at least three years experience in SAP implementing and supporting functionality within the SAP HCM Financials/Logistics SAP Portal modules and SAP FIORI apps.
  2. Completed a minimum of two SAP full life cycle implementations.
  3. Advanced knowledge of SAP Enterprise Core Component (ECC) HCM Financials/Logistics Portal programming Fiori gateway applications
  4. Provide a ticketing system to allow Client to log tickets and track progress.
  5. Sound knowledge of SAP enhancements and their implementation/programming
  6. Be able to quickly understand Clients SAP operational landscape (SLD) and our Kronos operational landscape.
  7. Ability to create robust technical documentation for future reference and maintainability.
  8. Have good SAP project management skills and experience following SAP Best Practices
  9. Bring best practice approaches for the Team to consider in a variety of areas including transport testing design prototyping training defining support procedures etc.
  10. Ability to troubleshoot issues including the ability to conduct related research and work with the Team to raise SAP/UKG Customer messages as needed.
  11. Experience with writing and performing test scripts relevant to technical/programming changes made within the HCM Financials/Logistics Kronos Portal modules and Fiori Apps.
  12. An indepth understanding of technical principles and programming of HCM Financials/Logistics Kronos Portal and Fiori Gateway.
  13. An indepth understanding of technical principles and programming of Kronos interfaces.
  14. An understanding of how Owners HR and Payroll systems are configured and how to quickly troubleshoot issues.
  15. Ability to quickly decipher and understand custom code.
  16. Knowledge required to debug system related issues.
  17. Public sector experience
  18. Ability to work with limited direction.
  19. Strong teamwork and customer support focus
  20. Strong interpersonal skills.
  21. Ability to handle numerous conflicting priorities in a professional manner.
  22. Good written and verbal communication skills
  23. Bringing best practice approaches for the customer to consider in a variety of areas including transport testing design prototyping training defining support requirements and procedures etc.
  24. Experience with writing related customer documentation to be used for future reference.
  25. Ability to cross train and transfer knowledge to OWNER support teams.
  26. Ability to effectively collaborate and engage with all team members.
  27. Speak and write in English well.
  28. Ability to plan and organize work and responsibilities.
  29. Good facilitation skills
