What are we looking for in a candidate
Proven experience of 12 years in HR role specifically in IT industry.
Good knowledge of HR processes and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
What will a candidate be doing with us
Manage endtoend recruitment process including job posting sourcing candidates screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities including preparing offer letters conducting orientation sessions and maintaining employee records.
Manage employee documentation and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee queries and concerns related to HR policies benefits and employment terms.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned such as performance management employee training and HRIS implementation.
Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required for HR analytics and decisionmaking.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
