Responsibilities
- Providing professional services to the customers and liaising closely with other functions to deliver quality services
- Proactively follow up customer leads and sell the benefits of joining Construction line
- Liaise with customers to aid them in understanding the process to follow in applying for membership
- Identify and follow up opportunities with clients who are on the customer database
- Actively manage the customer database to ensure that information is accurate and kept up to date
- Maintain existing customer relationships especially with potential low buyers who are not actively visited by the field sales team
- Prepare and send out sales campaign material to targeted customers as necessary and conduct follow up sales calls
- Keep accurate records of the conversations so these can be fed back to our clients
Qualifications
