Job Description

Position Overview: As a Franchise Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities and growth of our franchise network. You will work closely with prospective franchisees guiding them through the sales process and ensuring they understand the benefits and responsibilities of owning a franchise within our organization. Your primary goal will be to drive franchise sales expand our network and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential franchisees through various channels including industry events online platforms and referrals.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales targets. Franchise Sales Process:
Conduct initial consultations with prospective franchisees to understand their goals qualifications and financial capabilities.
Educate potential franchisees about our business model support services and franchise requirements.
Guide prospective franchisees through the application and approval process ensuring compliance with company standards and

legal requirements.
Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise agreements in collaboration with legal and senior management. Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing franchisees to encourage loyalty engagement and ongoing business growth.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to franchisees addressing their concerns and facilitating communication between franchisees and the corporate office.
Collaborate with other departments including operations marketing and training to ensure seamless support for franchisees.

Market Analysis and Strategy:
Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new franchisees and maximize sales potential in target markets.

Reporting and Analysis:
Track and analyze sales data including lead generation conversion rates and revenue projections.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management highlighting sales performance market trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree must.
Proven experience in franchise sales or business development preferably within the industry/sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders. Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with prospective franchisees and attend industry events.
