Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including search engine marketing (SEM) search engine optimization (SEO) social media email marketing and display advertising
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences market trends and competitor strategies
• Optimize website content and landing pages to improve organic search rankings and conversion rates
• Plan and manage social media campaigns to enhance brand presence and engage with target audiences
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make datadriven decisions for optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and optimize digital content including websites blog posts and social media posts
• Stay uptodate with industry best practices emerging trends and new technologies in digital marketing
• Track and report on campaign performance providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support digital marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; additional certifications in digital marketing are preferred
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels platforms and best practices
• Experience with search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO)
• Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms
• Solid understanding of website analytics A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns
