How will you contribute to our mission

Youll be joining our team and partnering up with peers from product engineeringresearch and data to deliver highly crafted solutions for our customers. You understand the needs and what exactly makes a customer happy through topnotch design and usabilityexperience.

Were looking for a Junior Product Designer that will be the eyes and ears of our customers. Youll get to work with an intelligent fun and pragmatic product team and together youll conduct operations in all areas of the product development cycle: user research prototyping UX/UI design usability testing and ship ship shipping. You understand the needs and what exactly makes a customer happy through topnotch design and usabilityexperience.

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Designing elegant flows and interactions for a global audience across multiple platforms
• Participating in all design phases from concept to design to production (evaluations userflows userfeedback interaction models wireframes prototypes visual mockups AB testing etc.)
• Developing iterating and implementing holistically components for our design system.
• Guiding product decisions through user research customer development and iterative feedback loops
• Identifying best practices and establish a datadriven usercentric approach
• Scaling and prioritizing proactively design processes in order to deliver highquality work within a defined timeline and comfortable work pace for your team
• Communicating and maintaining a clear flow of information and mutual understanding regarding project goals and priorities to your team and stakeholders

To be successful at this position we think you should have/be:

• University degree or equivalent in UX/UI design graphic design visual communication or related similar field
• At least 2 years of experience as full stack UI/UX designer that you can demonstrate in a strong portfolio.
• Speak English fluently
• Organizational skills present and execute visionary work from high level flows to handson visual mockups
• Fluent in Figma and have both used and contributed to a design system
• Crossplatform design experience mobile to desktop
• Proficient in best practices for UI/UX design usercentered design processes as well as a knowledge of user experience principles and techniques
• Excellent graphic design skills (layout typography color)
• Product design experience in HR product is a big plus
• You have some entrepreneurial experience and know how to make use of it on a daily basis (plus)
