Job Description

Rigging Planning and Preparation: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan rigging operations, including equipment selection, rigging configuration, load calculations, and lift planning. Conduct site surveys and assess ground conditions, obstacles, and access routes.
Supervision and Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of riggers, signalers, and crane operators. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and performance standards. Mentor junior rigging personnel and facilitate training programs as needed.
