Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT)
Experience: 4 7 years
Location: Hyderabad Madhapur Kavuri Hills (Work from Office)
Education: Bachelors in Computer Science or related field


Role Overview:
As a Bench Sales Recruiter you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to place consultants on various projects with our clients.
Your primary focus will be on candidate sales/marketing vendor/client relationship management and representing the interests of our consultants.

Responsibilities:
Utilize your network and resources to identify potential consultants available on the bench.
Engage in proactive sales and marketing efforts to place consultants on client projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Negotiate contract terms and rates with clients and vendors.
Coordinate with consultants to understand their skills experience and preferences and match them with suitable opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends market demands and competitive intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of consultants onto client projects.
Track and report sales metrics including pipeline status revenue forecasts and client feedback.

Requirements:
4 7 years of experience in bench sales/recruitment in the US IT industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Strong understanding of the US IT staffing industry including various visa types client ecosystems and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients vendors and consultants.
Resultsoriented with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
